摘要
目的 :探讨不同类型的寰枢椎失稳的手术方法问题。方法 :对两例不同类型的寰枢椎失稳的典型病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :两例病人术后临床和影像学检查结果均令人满意。结论 :对于寰枢椎失稳的病例 ,术前认真细致的影像学检查与分析 。
Objective:To discuss the surgical treatment in different types of atlantoaxial instabilit.Methods:Two cases of atlantoaxial instability were analysed retrospectively.Results:All cases obtained curative effect and were confirmed by X rays examination.Conclusion: Perfect image examination,carefully analysis with these materials and suitable surgical planning were very important in the treatment of atlantoaxial instability.
