骨瓣移植治疗股骨头无菌性坏死

Os Valve in Curing Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的 :报告显微手术改善股骨头血液循环 ,重建股骨头的支撑作用 ,促进病灶修复的疗效。方法 :根据病损分期 ,对 期以上者采用带缝匠肌肌蒂髂骨瓣移植术 ,血管束植入为主的复合手术 ,带股方肌肌蒂骨瓣移植术和带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗 4 6例病人 5 2髋。结果 :随访 6个月- 8年 ,4 6例中优 2 1例 ,良 17例 ,可 8例 ,优良率为 82 .6%。结论 :显微手术是当前治疗此症的较好方法 ,可根据不同的病损分期 ,采用适宜的手术方法 。

Objective:To report the effect of micro surgery in improving femoral heads blood circulation,rebuilding its holding use,bettering the disease to repair.Methods:As cases classified,for those disease stage above Ⅱ,useing iliac valve with sartorius mascular pedicle transplantation,and vascular pedicle transplant into most important part of the compound operation.46 cases,52 hips have been cured using os valve with quardratus femoris muscular pedicle,and iliac valve also with circumflexa ilium profound blood vessels.Results:Following 6 months to 8 years,in all these 46 cases,21 cases are perfect,17 cases are good,8 cases are average.The perfect rate is 82.6% Conclusion:Micro surgery is a preferred way in curing aseptic mecrosis of femoral head.As the disease stage classified,proper surgery could be selected,while in those operations, using iliac valve with circumflexa ilium profund blood vessels is better.
