摘要
目的 :观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 :治疗组30例 ,(常规治疗基础上加用 b FGF)以治疗前、治疗后神经功能缺损评分判定疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率较对照组好。治疗后两组神经功能缺损积分比较 ,治疗组积分减少明显。两组相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )结论 :常规治疗基础上加用 b
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor)in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:the patients were divided into the treated group and the control group,the patient in the treated group were with bFGF and other drugs were identical with those in the control group, the nervous function impairment score was perfoumed before treatment after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result:there was significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion: bFGF has a better therapeutic effect on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
