摘要
目的 研究 2 -IT法99Tcm 间接标记单克隆抗体。方法 2 -IT修饰单抗后与99Tcm -GH反应 ,形成99Tcm-单抗 ,改变 2 -IT、GH量 ,获得最佳反应条件。结果 在 0 .1~ 1mg 2 -IT、1~ 2mgGH、99Tcm O-4 <1ml时 ,标记率保持在 90 %以上。结论 2 -IT法间接标记单抗方法简便 ,适于临床上应用。
Objective To label monoclonal antibodies (McAb) with 99 Tc m via 2-IT.Methods McAb was modified with 2-IT and labelled with 99 Tc m -GH. The quantity of 2-IT and GH was studied.Results The optimal reaction conditions were that 2-IT was in the range from 0.1mg to 1mg, GH 1mg to 2mg with more than 90% radiolabelling rate. Conclusion The method of labelling McAb via 2-IT is simple and suitable for clinical use.
