摘要
目的 探讨老年男性骨密度与钙调节激素的关系。方法 :用双能X线骨密度仪 (DEXA)测定 6 5例老年男性骨密度 (BMD)。用放免法测定睾酮 (T)、甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)、降钙素 (CT)、骨钙素 (BGP)。结果 (1)随年龄增加 ,骨质疏松及骨量减少患者逐渐增加 ;(2 )T、CT随年龄增加而逐步减少 ,PTH逐渐增加 ,而BGP无明显变化 ;(3)骨质疏松及骨量减少组T、CT均显著低于正常组 (均P <0 .0 0 1) ,PTH显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1) ,BGP在骨质疏松组显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而骨量减少组则与正常组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 增龄、钙调节激素异常是引致老年男性骨质疏松的重要原因之一。
Objective To probe the relationship between bone marrow density (BMD)and calcium regulation hormone in elderly males.Methods BMD in 65 cases of elderly males was determined with DEXA. Testosterone (T),Parathormone (PTH), Calcitonin (CT) and BGP were determined with radioimmunology.Results (1) With age advancing cases of osteoporosis and bone-amount-decrease in creased gradually ; (2) With age advancing, T and CT decreased gradually, PTH increased gradually, while BGP had no obvious change; (3) In the group with osteoporosis and bone-amount-decrease, T and CT were obviously lower than that in the normal group ( P <0.001), PTH was ob viously higher than that in the normal group ( P <0.001, P <0.01), in osteoporosis group BGP was obviously higher than that in the normal group while there was no difference in that be bone-amount-decrease group and the normal group ( P >0.05). Conclusion Age advancing and abnormal calcium regulation hormone are the main causes leading to osteoporosis in elderly males.
