摘要
目的 :探讨痔切除开放伤口与缝合伤口愈合的效果。方法 :将 10 0例混合痔行外剥内扎术 ,随机分成开放组和缝合组各 5 0例 ,进行临床分析。结果 :两组伤口愈合时间无显著性差别 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ,但伤口疼痛程度开放组较缝合组较轻 ( P<0 .0 1)。肉芽水肿开放组较缝合组较少 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :开放组较缝合组在痔切除伤口愈合过程中能够减轻伤口疼痛 ,减少肉芽水肿、裂开 。
Objective: To explore the healing effect of open wound and sutural wound after hemorrhoids resection Methods:Dividing 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoids after stripping and binding randomly into, open group and sutured group, with 50 cases in each group, and then making the clinical analysis Results: There are not many differences in healing time between the two groups (P>0 05),but the wound pain of the open group was less than sutured group (P<0 01); granuloma edema in the open group is less than the sutured guoup(P<0 01) Conclusion: Compared to sutured group, open group can be relieved of pain when the wound has healed after resecting the homorrhoids It can also reduce granuloma edema and split, so the open group is good for the cure of the wound
