摘要
本文采用DMSO冷冻割断法,对植物样品内部微细结构进行了扫描电镜观察。图象具有成象清晰、层次分明、分辨力高、立体感强等特点,反映了植物内部结构的三维立体构筑,取得了满意效果。
<ABSTRACT> DMSO freeze-cracking method was applied for preparation of the scanning electron microscopic specimen of plants. Electron micrographs showed clearand well arranged components in cells. SEM observation of plant specimenstreated with this method was satisfactory to disclose the intracellular stereoultrastructure with high resolution.
