深浅两层吸脂术在腹部减肥的应用

Application of the deep and superficial liposuction in the reducing fat of the abdomen

目的 介绍深浅两层吸脂术在腹部减肥中的应用。方法 15例患者先用 4mm吸管进行腹部深层脂肪抽吸 ,然后用 3mm或 2mm吸管进行浅层脂肪抽吸。结果 术后随访 3个月 ,疗效非常满意。结论 本术式操作简单、安全 ,是传统吸脂术的合理拓广 。

Objcetive To introduce the experience of the deep and superficial liposuction in the reducing fat of the abdomen. Methods Fifteen cases proceed the deep liposuction with 4 mm pipe at first, then the superficial liposuction with 3 mm or 2 mm pipe. Results Postoperative follow-up of three months showed the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The operative methods is simple and safe, it is a reasonable extension of traditional liposuction, the retraction of the skin of the abdomen was enhanced after operation.
