斜萼草化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Loxocalyx urticifolius Hemsl.

目的 :对斜萼草的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法 :柱色谱技术分离 ;MS ,1HNMR ,13CNMR以及 2D NMR方法鉴定结构。结果 :从全草中分离鉴定出 3个化合物 poliothrysoside ,棕榈酸 ,酪氨酸和 1个 β 谷甾醇与豆甾醇的混合物。结论

Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Loxocalyx urticifolius .Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatography and identified by MS, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and 2D NMR methods.Result:The structures were established as poliothrysoside,β sitosterol and stigmasterol,palmitic acid and tyrosine.Conclusion:This is the first time for the chemical constituents of L. urticifolius to be reported.
