恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子临床意义的探讨

Clinical significance of serum tumor specific growth factor in patients with malignant tumor

目的 :研究肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)的临床意义。方法 :应用TSGF快速检测试剂盒检测恶性肿瘤病人血清样本中的TSGF含量。结果 :98例恶性肿瘤中 ,不管是原发、复发或转移患者血清TSGF含量均显著高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1)。43例治疗后有效者血清TSGF含量明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,7例恶化者则显著升高 (P <0 0 1)。 35例鼻咽癌治疗后血清TSGF明显下降 ,阳性率 17 14% ,而EB VCA IgA治疗后阳性率仍高达 94 2 9%。结论 :TSGF是一种新的敏感性和特异性较高的广谱肿瘤标志物 。

Objective To study the level of serum TSGF and its clinical significance in malignant tumor patients.Methods: The serum TSGF level of malignant tumor patients was tested with a fast TSGF diagnostic kit.Results:The serum TSGF level of patients with tumor was significantly higher than that of 30 cases of normal persons(P<0 01),TSGF level of 43 responsed patients was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0 01),whereas 7 cases with tumor deterioration was obvious higher(P<0 05).TSGF level of 35 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0 01).After treatment,the positive rate of TSGF was 17 14%,the positive rate of EB VCA IgA was 94 29%.Conclusion: The assay of serum TSGF is of high sensitivity and specificity.It is of great value in diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor patients.
