摘要
针对磁性材料等行业砂磨机用研磨体存在的问题 ,开发了一种新型的铸造合金磨球。研究了该合金磨球的组织与性能特点 ,并与轴承钢球进行了对比。结果表明 ,铸造合金磨球具有比轴承钢球更有利的组织和性能 ,其硬度可以达到 HRC6 3~ 6 7,且断面硬度极差仅HRC0 .5 ;抵抗冲击疲劳破坏的能力比轴承钢球高 1 0倍以上 ;耐磨性特别是在湿磨条件下的耐磨性比轴承钢球至少提高 4倍以上。
To substitute for bearing steel mill balls used in magnetic materials powder production, a novel mini sized cast alloy mill balls with sizes ranging from 6.35 to 7.14mm were developed. The structure, abrasion resistant properties and application performance of these balls were investigated in the present study. It is shown that both higher hardness (HRC63~67), lower hardness difference maximum across the section (lower than HRC0.5) and higher impact fatigue life(10 times more than that of bearing balls) can be attained through suitable composition design and heat treatment. The service life of the novel balls in the strirring ball mills is at least five times that of bearing balls.
