摘要
试验用杂交鲶鱼苗是以捕自黑龙江水域怀头鲶为母本 ,鲶鱼为父本进行正交获得的杂交一代。用人工饲料在水族箱、水槽中进行仔鱼开口驯养、集约化育苗试验 ,分别获得开食 6天 72 %驯化率和强化培育13天 5 2 %成活率 ;
The experimental fish were introduced with the crossbred frys with wels (♀)and mudfish (♂).Frys were put into several aquarium for feeding tests with artificial diets.The results showed survival rates were 7 2% and 53% in 6 days and 13 days respectively.we acquired the primary technology of feeding and artificial culture of crosbred frys.
