Technology and Design of Chemical Cleaning for WGZ130/9.8-2 Boiler

针对 WGZ1 3 0 /9.8- 2型锅炉结构特点 ,结合现场实际条件 ,研究制定在没有辅助加热源条件下 ,进行锅炉化学清洗工艺和化学清洗系统设计。清洗后对汽包、水冷壁管检查表明 ,金属表面腐蚀产物和防腐漆被清洗干净 ,表面呈钢灰色 ,形成了致密的保护膜 ,清洗效果良好 ,达到了预期目的。

According to the structure feature of the WGZ130/9.8 2 type boiler in combination with the real condition at site,the chemical cleaning and its system design for boiler under no auxiliary heat source condition were laid down.After the boiler was cleaned,the water wall rube and drum were examined.The deposition and coating have been removed.The cleaned metal surfaces are displayed steel gray.The tight protective film is formed on metal surface.The good cleaning effect has been obtained.
