摘要
在分析了电站锅炉排粉风机叶轮磨损原因的基础上 ,通过耐磨性试验优化了排粉风机叶轮表面强化方法和材料 ,叙述了排粉风机叶轮的氧乙炔喷焊强化工艺。实际使用结果表明 :排粉风机叶轮经修复和氧乙炔喷焊强化后 ,其使用寿命比原等离子喷涂强化的新叶轮提高
Based on the wearing cause analysis of impeller in pulverized coal exhauster,the method and material used for its surface intensification were optimized by means of wearing test.The intensification technique with oxyacetylene spray welding was introduced.The result of practice indicated that its servicelife after intensifying with oxyacetylene spray welding was more than double of the new one intensifying with plasma spraying.
