简述了首钢第三炼钢厂 2号、3号方坯铸机高效化改造的重要性 ,概述了结晶器、结晶器振动装置、拉矫机的特点和功能 ,分析了铸机弧型段、水系统、二冷室抽蒸气管道改造后的效果 。
This paper describes the revamping project of No.2 and No.3 continuous casting machines for high efficiency at Shougang. The characteristics and performance of the mold, the mold oscillation installation, withdrawal and straightening machine, and the revamping of CC water cycling system, secondary cooling system, straightening section and steam exhaust line is introduced, test and performance of these modified machines are represented.
