摘要
根据国家结构调整和西部开发的政策导向 ,认为对涟钢薄板工程的发展计划要依法规范 ,立足本土 ,接轨WTO ,打造信用品牌 ,有利于达到工程建设稳固区域经济长期发展基础之目的。
The sheet engineering is development plan of the Liansteel.According to the guidance in policy on discussing reconstruction and west development of China,Liansteel should according to law standard,have one's feet native land,put through WTO,chipping credit grade for it,that is beneficial to achieve the goal of sheet building for the stability of regional economy base on long-term development.
