摘要
高速钢中各种合金元素密度差大 ,离心铸造时易产生偏析 ,为解决离心铸造高速钢辊环偏析问题 ,研究了高速钢辊环挤压铸造工艺 ,采用浇注温度 140 0~ 145 0℃、压力 140~ 15 0MPa、保压时间 2 40~ 30 0s,可获得组织致密、无偏析、加工量少、硬度高、硬度均匀性好和耐磨性好的高速钢辊环。应用于高速线材轧机预精轧机架 ,使用寿命比高镍铬铸铁辊环提高 5~
High speed steel (HSS) roll collar is easy to produce segregation in centrifugal casting because of density difference of all kinds of alloy elements.In order to settle the problems of HSS roll collar segregation,the squeeze casting technology of HSS roll collar is researched.As pouring temperature is 1 400~1 450 ℃,the pressure is 140~150 MPa,the pressing time is 240~300 s,HSS roll collar having compact structure,no segregation,small working quantity,high hardness and good wear resistance is obtained.While using in high speed wire rod rolling mill,its service life is 5~8 times higher than high NiCr cast iron roll collar's.
