摘要
采用X射线、电子探针、DTA等方法 ,研究了Ti和C粉在机械合金化过程中的结构转变、晶粒度、颗粒度、形态、组织特征及微观结构变化规律。结果表明 ,通过自蔓延的模式在 2小时左右可以生成纳米晶体TiC ,TiC的晶粒度随球磨时间的延长变小 ,10小时可达 7nm。晶格常数开始稍微变大 。
The structural change, crystallite size, lattice parameter, changing rules of microstructure of elemental Ti, C powders during mechanical alloying have been investigated by EPMA, X-ray diffraction and DTA. The results show that nanocrystalline of TiC compounds can be formed by the self-sustaining reaction after about 2 h milled. The crystallite size of the TiC powers decreases with the increasing of the milling time, can reach 7 nm by milling 10 h. The lattice parameter of TiC compounds becomes larger than the normal values, then decreases after further ball milling.
