摘要
通过热模拟机Gleeble 15 0 0对控制冷却过程的模拟 ,研究了相变区冷却速度 (即冷速 )对ER70S 6焊线钢的组织结构、铁素体量、铁素体平均晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,在相变区冷速小于 1℃ s时 ,钢的塑性较好。
The effect of controlled cooling rate in phase transformation zone on structure, ferrite amount, ferrite grain size and mechanical properties of welding wire rod of steel ER70S 6 has been studied by Gleeble 1500 hot simulation experiment machine. The results showed that with the cooling rate less than 1℃/s in phase transformation zone, the plasticity of steel was excellent.
