摘要
铸管公司 3 #高炉料尺原采用主令控制器分段设定料线 ,由于机械故障频繁而影响了高炉的正常生产。为此采用XMR— 60 0高炉料位探尺 ,克服了主令控制器分段设定料线、分段数有限、精度低的缺点 ,实现了高精度、高可靠性、长寿命和料线的任意设定 ,从而保障了高炉可靠运行 ,减少了设备维修。
