介绍了湘钢烧结厂 1 #90 m2 烧结机近几年来通过进行热风烧结改造 ,配加生灰 ,增加料层厚度 ,改进焦粉粒度 ,优化配矿方案 ,改造电子秤等措施 。
This papers introduces a remaking of sintering process at No1 90 m 2 sintering machine of the Xianggang recently.The remaking with some news technology as the heat wind sintering,replacing the limestone by a lump line,increasing the thickness of sintering charge,decreasing the size of nut coke,optimizing the constituent of sintering charge,improving the electronicweighing system,drops the sold fuel consuption visibly.
