摘要
对实验室冶炼的不同碳含量和钒含量的Si-Mn系弹簧钢 ,研究了热处理工艺、钒含量对其力学性能和松弛抗力的影响。结果表明 ,在 870~ 92 0℃奥氏体化温度范围内 ,提高奥氏体化温度对增加钢的强度有利。添加钒能增大钢的滞后环面积 ,提高钢的松弛抗力 ,较合适的钒含量为 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .10 %
Effect of technics of heat treatment and vanadium amount in spring steels with different carbon,vanadium and silicon content on mechanical property and relax resistance had been studied.It is shown that higher austenitic temperature is beneficial to higher strength between 870~920℃.Increasing vanadium could increase the area of relax loop and relax resistance with the proper vanadium content 0.05%~0.10%.
