中板矫直机变辊距技术的研究

Research on Varied Roller-distance of Plate Straightener

通过对某钢厂的 9辊中板矫直机进行变辊距技术的优化研究 ,总矫直力和各辊矫直力的分布较原定辊距方式有较大幅度改善。

By researching technology of varied roller-distance of straightener with the dispersal optimization, total pressure and the distribution of each roller's pressure was improved to be better than that of the fixed roller-distance. The researching method is efficacious for the design and remaking of ordinary straightener.
