摘要
普萘洛尔15mg/kg给雌性大鼠灌胃即可明显干扰其生殖机能,60mg/kg其不孕率达75％。实验中发现经过交配的雌鼠半数以上未孕,未发现交配者,有大部分解剖证实亦未孕。并对抗孕作用进行了探讨。
Propranolol(15mg/kg)administrated through mouth could obviously interfere the genital function of female rats. Giving 60mg/kg doses achieved a nonpregnant rate of 75％. We found that over a half the mated female rats had no pregnancy. The effect seems to be resulted from propranolol concentrated in cervico-vaginal mucus of the rats. The other female rats which were found nocoitus had also no pregnancy, and this fact is probably due to the possibility that propranolol affected coitus by inhibiting ovulations of these female rats.
