显色剂所用活性白土的制备试验

Research on the Activated Clay used in Developing Agent

对内蒙赤峰膨润土原矿进行手选、浸泡、沉降、分级、提纯,得到-5μm的精制膨润土.通过系统研究酸质量分数、温度、时间、液固比对活性白土质量的影响,最终制备出脱色率达100%、活性度高达250.0、游离酸符合标准的活性白土产品,为下一步制备活性白土压敏显色剂奠定了良好的基础.

The fined bentonite is got from a raw ore, which is from Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia Autonomy, by hand-sorting, soaking, free-settling, classification and purification. The size of the fined bentonite is below 5 μm. The paper studies the effect of the concentration of acid, temperature, time and the solid-to-liquid ratio on the activated clay quality. Ultimately, a high quality activated clay is prepared successfully, it's decolorize rate and ionic activity can get to 100% and 250 respectively. It plays a solid basis on preparing the activated clay used in the carbonless copy paper.
