能源是人类赖以生存的物资基础,也是国民经济和社会发展的重要保障.城市能源消耗和结构对大气环境影响很大,正确认识和分析两者之间的关系不仅对城市能源的合理使用,而且对大气环境的改善都有重要意义.本文通过一些定量计算,分析了城市能源消耗和结构方面存在的问题,提出了相应的改善措施,对城市用能优化及减轻大气污染有一定的指导作用.

Energy is the material foundation for human being to existent. It is also an important guarantee for national economic and society's development. It has a strong impact on atmosphere environment for city energy consumption and structure. It is of great importance not only to use correctly but also to environmental improve that the relations between themselves can be analyzed. By quantitative calculation, the problem on city energy is analyzed, and the measure to improve is presented.
