变形链球菌和远缘链球菌对牙釉质表面显微硬度的影响

Effect of streptococcus mutans and streptococcus sobrinus on the hardness of enamel surface

目的 探讨变形链球菌和远缘链球菌对牙釉质致龋脱矿性的影响。方法 测量在TSB培养液中变形链球菌和远缘链球菌对离体牙牙釉质表面显微硬度的影响。结果 变形链球菌和远缘链球菌均可使牙釉质表面显微硬度下降 ,下降率分别为 35 %和 4 5 % ,且远缘链球菌组随时间下降高于变形链球菌。结论 远缘链球菌对牙釉质的致龋脱矿性高于变形链球菌 。

objective To investigate the effect of cariogenicity and demineralization on enamel by Mutans and sobrinus Method To measure the hardness of enamel surface inTSB culture fluid.Results Both Mutans and sobrinus can decrease thehardness ofenamel surface.Thisdifference between the Mutans group and Sobrinus group was signifcant stayistically. Effect of measurement of hardness in enamel surface showed clea in the Mutuans group decreased by 35%and sobinus group by45%.Conclusions The studies suggested that the sobrinus was stronger than Mutans andof mutanus is checked under the low enviroment of pH
