自体表皮移植术加UV-N光疗治疗白癜风133例疗效观察

Clinical study on treatment with vitiligo by autologous grafting with epidermis and UV-N light therapy

目的 观察自体表皮移植术加UV N光疗治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 设立治疗组 (自体表皮移植术加UV N光疗组 )和对照组 (不加UV N光疗组 ) ,进行临床疗效对比观察 ,结果 治疗组 74例 (移植皮片 1184片 )痊愈率 76 6 % ,总有效率 96 8% ;对照组 5 9例 (移植皮片 92 6片 )痊愈率 4 4 3% ,总有效率 75 7%。经统计学处理两组比较有显著性差异。结论 白癜风患者行自体表皮移植术后加UV

Objective To investigate the curative effects of autologous epidermal grafting in combination with UV N light for treatment of vitiligo.Results In 74 cases of treating group(1184white patches) the curative rate was 76.6% and the total effective rate was 96.8%;In 59 cases of control group the curative rate was 44.3% and the total effective rate was 75.7%.A significant difference was present statisticlly between two groups.(P<0.01).Conclusions The method of autologous epidermal grafting in combination with UV N light for treatment of vitiligo is more effective than the method that no NV N light.
