摘要
本文对0 8mm细焊丝火花源光谱分析方法进行了试验研究 ,找出了最佳分析条件及干扰修正系数 ,拟定了相应的分析方案。方法简便、快速、准确。分析结果精度与准确度满足GB43 3 6-84及GB1 1 70 -89的要求。应用本法分析不同牌号的0 8mm细焊丝样品 ,结果令人满意。
In this paper a series of studies on 0.8mm thin welding wir es analysed by spark source spectrometry ha s been made, the optimum analytica l conditions and interference corr ecting coefficient have been found , and the appropriate analytical p rocedure has been developed.The pr oposed method is convenient,quick a nd accurate,its precision and accu racy can meet the demands of GB43 36-84 and GB1170-89.and has been a pplied to analyse various grade 0 .8mm thin welding wire samples wit h satisfactory results.
