摘要
介绍了苛性钠压煮法分解白钨矿的工艺及设备 ,该法具有以下特点 :(1)对矿石的适应性强 ;(2)钨分解率高 ,杂质浸出率低 ;(3)工艺及设备简单 ,易于实现规模化生产 ;(4)工艺及设备同处理黑钨的流程相似 ,投资少 ,灵活性强。
The paper presents the technology and equipment of decomposing the scheelite with NaOH autoclaving. The characteristcs of technology are:1. good suitability for ore; 2. high decomposability for scheelite, low leaching rate of impurities; 3. simple equipment and feasible technology suit to the large scale production; 4.low cost and strong flexibility,this technology is similar to the technology of processing wolframite.
