Design and Calculation of Box Mixer-Settlers in Extraction Technology of Tungsten

讨论了箱式混合沉清萃取器内流体力学规律 ,指出设计时应根据X值h1(n)-h2(n +1)差值的需要决定各相口位置大小,沉清面积采用比沉清速度计算,给出了某钨萃取工艺过程沉清室和混合室设计计算方法。

Hydrodynamics in box mixer_settlers is discussed. It is suggested that the position and size of various phase openings should be determined from x values and difference of h1_h2 during design. Clarifying area is calculated by specific clarifying velocities. Design and calculation are given of clarifying and mixing chamber for the tungsten extraction process.
