摘要
本文认为经营者和职工作为企业发展的动力源泉 ,应在制衡机制下给予充分的激励 ;对国有大中型企业的所有者 ,应采取相应的措施 ,约束其“一股独大”的股权结构 ,最终实现激励与约束下的制衡。
The operators and workers are the sources of enterprises development,they should be fully stimulated under the mechanism of restriction and equilibrium appropriate methods should be taken to restrain the state-owned shares of large,medium-size enterprises,so as to optimize the structure of stock holders right finally realize the goal of restriction and stimulation.
