科技事业的迅猛发展使现代化培训业逐步兴起 ,并正在走向正规 ,作为终身教育的一条重要渠道 ,本文试图分析培训管理的基本定位及怎样构建中国特色的培训管理体系问题 ,供探讨。
The modern training actions are prospering and going in for specification because of the rapid development of science and technology.They have been serving as the important approach of lifetime education.Ih this paper,the basic destination of training management was analysed and how to vonstruct a system of training management with Chinese peculiarity was discussed.
