高新技术产业化风险投资若干问题研究

Study on risk investment in the industrialization of High-tech

高新技术产业化需要风险投资 ,我国目前在该领域面临一系列亟待解决的问题 ,体现在退出机制、创业环境、法律配套措施等方面。本文在对我国高新技术产业风险现状和面临的问题展开分析的基础上 ,就建立科学、规范的风险投资机制提出了对策建议。

The industrialization of High-tech needs risk investment.In China,a series of problems needs to be solved urgently in this field at present,which is embodied in seeds system,innovate circumstance,law measure and other facets.On the basis of analyzing the problems faced to present risk investment of industrialization of High-tech,this paper gives suggestion on how to establish a scientific and normative risk investment system.
