WTO规则 ,对中国的经济法是一个严峻挑战。按照WTO规则和我国的承诺 ,逐步完善我国经济法的核心内容是通过清理、修改、制定、完善我国经济法方面的法律、法规、规章和政策措施 ,建立健全我国经济法体系 ,同时充分利用WTO规则的保障措施 ,保护我国经济的发展。

The rules of WTO are rigorous challenge to Chinese economic statutes. According to the rules of WTO and the promises of our country, the key contents of perfecting the economic statutes in China are establishing and amplifying the system of Chinese economic statutes by means of checking up, amending, formulating and perfecting the laws, rules, policies and measures of Chinese economic statues. At the same time, the key contents include to make full use of the safeguard measures and protecting the development of the economy of our country.
