摘要
科教兴国是中国跨世纪发展的选择 ,也是本届中国政府最大的任务 ,但资金不足是目前实施科教兴国面临的最大困难 ,积极探索金融支持科教兴国的有效途径 ,刻不容缓。
To make our country richer and stronger, we should try our best to develop the science and technology. This is the first choice that we have made in the 21 century. and this is the greatest task for our local government. However, it is very difficult for us to carry it out because we have not enough money to meet the needs. How to make a success of solving this problem needs answering as soon as possible.
