摘要
测定了丙烯腈-水-氟化钾体系在25℃时的液-液相平衡数据。相平衡结果表明,可用Pitzer理论和Wilson方程对相平衡数据进行关联计算,计算值与实验值相吻合。以氟化钾浓盐水为盐析剂分离丙烯腈-水体系,当氟化钾与被分离物料的质量比为1.2时丙烯腈的纯度以质量分数计可达98.0%以上。
The liquid-liquid equilibrium data for system of acrylonitrile-water-potassium fluoride were determined at 25 °C. The results of the liquid-liquid equilibrium showed that the correlated results of the liquid-liquid equilibrium data could be carried out by using Pitzer theory and Wilson equation. The correlated and experimental results were in good agreement. The separation of acrylonitrile-water system using aqueous potassium fluoride was studied, the purity of acrylonitrile (as mass fraction) reached over 98% when the mass ratio of aqueous potassium fluoride (potassium fluoride/water was 55/45) to separated material (acrylonitrile/water was 85/15) was 1.2.
