摘要 在佝偻病的预防和治疗中常采用一次注射大剂量维生索D方法。这种防治方法对机体免疫功能有 何影响报道甚少。本文旨在通过大剂量维生素D_3对实验大鼠免疫功能影响的研究,探讨其免疫学意义,从而为临床合理用药提供依据。 材料和方法 一、材料 主要试剂:维生素D_3注射液(上海第九制药厂,批号900603 841),每毫升含300,000单位。橄榄油。实验动物:Wistar大鼠,
