摘要
中国石化股份公司荆门分公司催化裂解 (DCC)装置由于进料喷嘴等处线速过高 ,催化剂受到较大磨损后细粉含量上升 ,引起再生器跑剂 ,实施控制后取得较好效果。催化剂损耗从 1.2kg/t降到 0 .8kg/t。
The reason of catalyst abrasion and run off happened in Jingmen DCC unit was investigated and was attributed to the higher linear velocities in feed nozzles and some other places. Technical measures were taken and the abnormal phenomenon was controlled, the catalyst make up rate was dropped from 1.2 kg/t to 0.8 kg/t.
