摘要
驼峰筛板填料 (HS Ⅰ 型 )塔是一种兼有筛板和填料功能的新型萃取塔。在直径 0 .1m ,高度 2 .0m的HS Ⅰ 型萃取塔中 ,用低界面张力体系正丁醇 丁二酸 水研究分散相存留分数、液泛速度等流体力学性能和理论板高度等传质性能。实验结果表明 ,新型塔内构件兼有塔板和填料的优点 ,塔的通量大 ,传质效率高。由实验结果得到的液泛速度等关联式可用于该塔型的工程放大设计中。该塔型已在石油化工的液化气脱硫中得到工业应用。
The hydrodynamics such as dispersion phase retention rate and liquid flooding velocity, and mass transfer experiments including theoretical plate determination, etc. were carried out in a 0.1 m diameter and 2.0 m height extraction column filled with HS Ⅰ saddle type packing. The working system used in the experiments was n butanol/succinic acid/water having low interface tension. Experiments results indicated that the extraction column with HS Ⅰ type packing possessed high flux and high mass transfer efficiency, and the correlated equations could be used in the scale up design of the column. The extraction column has been successfully used in LPG desulfurization process.
