从裂解汽油中萃取蒸馏分离苯乙烯的溶剂及阻聚剂的评选 被引量:17

摘要 对萃取蒸馏分离苯乙烯可能的 6种溶剂和 4种阻聚剂进行了实验室评价。结果表明 :环丁砜不仅具有良好的选择性 ,本身还具有较好的抗聚合性能 ,是从裂解汽油中萃取蒸馏分离苯乙烯的首选溶剂 ,NaNO2 是实现这一分离目的较好的高温阻聚剂。 Six extractive distillation solvents and four polymerization inhibitors for recovering styrene from pyrolysis gasoline were evaluated in the laboratory. The results showed that sulfolane which widely applied in aromatics extraction process had not only better selectivity but also good inhibition performance. Sulfolane was the first recommended selective solvent, and NaNO 2 was the preferable inhibitor for recovering styrene.
