摘要
以精制蓖麻油为基础油 ,选用硬脂酸和十二羟基硬脂酸与氢氧化锂的化合物为稠化剂 ,并添加抗氧剂、抗老化剂等研制出汽车液压制动系统橡胶皮碗专用润滑脂 ,性能评定和广泛应用的结果表明 ,该脂在原材料选择、配方优化和工艺设计等方面是合理的 ,产品性能符合JASO M30 7规格要求 ,特别是具有防锈性能和润滑作用 ,可满足汽车行业需要 ,填补了我国在这一产品的空白。
Special grease for lubricating rubber brake cup in automobile hydraulic system was prepared by base oil with densifier and antioxidant additives. The performance evaluation and wide application proved that the raw material selection, formulation optimization and process design of the grease were reasonable. The said grease possessed both anti rust and lubrication functions, which properties met JASO M307 standard.
