摘要
为防止污垢在加热器表面上生成 ,对核状沸腾条件下CaSO4 污垢沉积过程在实验室进行了试验研究和理论分析。研究结果表明 ,经动态混合离子注入非晶碳的加热器表面可以有效地抑制CaSO4 在加热器表面上的生成 ,传热系数随时间的变化不大 ,它与未处理表面相比 ,在 10 0~30 0kW /m2 的热通量范围内 ,传热系数是未处理表面的 2 .5倍左右 ;热通量的增加并不改变传热的趋势 ,而只对传热系数的值有影响。
Calcium sulfate deposition on heat transfer surface was investigated both theoretically and experimentally under nuclear boiling state. The experimental result showed that surface treatment of heater by dynamic mixing ion implantation could effectively inhibit the calcium sulfate formation on the heater surface. The heat transfer coefficient of the non crystalline carbon surface after treatment was 2.5 times of that of the untreated surface at a heat flux range of 100-300 kW/m 2; and raise of the heat flux could increase the heat transfer coefficient.
