帘线假定伸张值及其在轮胎性能仿真中的模拟方法 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了帘线假定伸张值 (δ1)的传统选取依据 ,提出一种通过结构分析与热分析的耦合作用并应用材料热胀冷缩特性模拟帘线假定伸张值对轮胎性能影响的方法。模拟结果分析表明 ,帘线假定伸张值增大 ,轮胎的外直径呈近似线性递增趋势 ,轮胎断面宽呈近似线性递减趋势 。 The criteria for setting the presumed stretch r at io of cord δ 1 in the traditional method were described.A method for emula ting the presumed stretch ratio of cord based on the coupling of structural anal ysis and thermal analysis and the thermal swell and cold shrink characteristics of material was proposed and the influence of δ 1 on the tire performance was investigated.The results showed that the O.D of tire tended to increase and the sectional width tended to decrease nearly linearly with little affect on the stress centralization.
