计算不同渣油喷嘴正确的安装位置 ,并通过试验确定调风器合适的一、二次风挡板开度 ,精心维护 ,解决了锅炉渣油燃烧器频繁出现结焦的问题 ,保证渣油燃烧器的顺利点火及渣油的充分完全燃烧。
The paper calculates the right installation locations of different kinds of residual oil nozzles and determines the suitable first and second windshield plates opening of the air controller by experiment Thus we solve the frequent coking problems happening in the boiler's residual oil burner to ensure that the smooth firing of the residual oil burner and the thorough burning of the residual oil.
