大颗粒尿素中亚甲基二脲分析方法的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用斯纳姆变色酸比色分析方法测定大颗粒尿素中甲醛量折算为亚甲基二脲的含量。实验证明 ,其测定值低于真实值 0 0 5 %~ 0 0 7% ,给工艺计算甲醛消耗物料平衡带来相对误差 -7 3%~ -15 0 %。实验用蒸馏比色分析法能准确测定大颗粒尿素中亚甲基二脲的含量 。 With Snam chromotropic acid colorimetric analysis method,this paper detects the formaldehyde content in large granular urea which is then changed into MDU content It is proved that the measured value shifts from the true value by 0 05%~0 07% which causes a relative deviation of -7 3%~-15 0% in calculating the formaldehyde feed consumption balance in the process Predistilled colorimetric analysis used in laboratories can precisely detect the MDU content in large granular urea,so it can be used as a scientific evaluation method to calculate the formaldehyde feed consumption
