摘要
对利用微波技术并通过加入乙醇降低碱浓度的方法从黑曲霉菌丝体提取壳聚糖进行了研究。确定的最优提取条件为 :菌丝体比碱液体积为 1∶10 ,微波火力为 480W ,消解时间为 2 0min ,碱浓度为 2 0 % ,醇水比为 1∶1。用优化的工艺进行提取 ,壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为 88% ,特性粘数为 1.
Extracting chitosan from Aspergillus niger biomass while adding ethanol to lower alkali concentration by use of the microwave technique was studied. The optimal extracting condition was as follow: the ratio of biomass and alkaline solution was 1∶10, microwave power was 480 W, disposal time was 20 min,alkali concentration was 20%, ethanol and water ratio was 1∶1. The chitosan's deacetylation rate was 88%, the viscosity was 1.132 dL/g under the optimal extracting condition.
