Safe Performance Online Monitoring System of Superheaterand Reheater of Utility Boiler

为满足电站锅炉过热器再热器安全运行、状态检修和管子寿命科学管理的要求,以及为弥补当前壁温监控手段的不足,开发了一套电站过热器安全性能在线监测系统。介绍该系统计算方法的基本理论来源,基本计算思路,同时介绍该方法应用于某电厂高温过热器的一个实例。该系统是集理论算法、计算机技术于一身的应用型软件系统。已经在电厂实际运行中得到了应用,发挥了应有的作用。

This paper introduces a set of online system monitoring the safety of superheater andreheater of utility boiler. The purposes of developing this system are as follows: to satisfy thedemand of safe operation of superheater and reheater of utility boiler; to decide the maintain con-dition; to predict the life-span of pipes. This paper not only introduces the basic theory and com-putation method, but also provides an applied example for the high temperature superheater in acoal fired tangentially utility boiler. This system is a applied software which combines the theoreticarithmetic and computer technology.
