膀胱副神经节瘤病理观察二例

Paraganglioma of the Uninary Bladder(Pathological Observation of two Cases)

报道二例膀胱原发性副神经节瘤,进行了光镜、组化及电镜观察。瘤细胞胞浆内均证实有神经分泌颗粒。结合文献对肿瘤一般情况作了叙述,并讨论了诊断恶性的可靠依据。本组病例说明组织化学与电镜在病理诊断上有相互补充的作用。对此类肿瘤的命名提出了看法。

A report of two cases of primary paraganglioma of the uninary bla- dder,observed by histochemistry,light and electron-microscopy is pre- sented.Electron microscopic findings showed neurosecretory granules in the cytoplasm of tumor cells of both cases.Our study proved that the application of histochemical methods and electro-microscopy can su- pplement one another in the diagnosis of this tumor,The nomenclature and classification of this tumor is discussed as well.
