二维超声心动图对心腔占位性病变的诊断意义

Significance in the Diagnosis of Space Occupying Lesions in the Heart by Two-dimensional Echocardiography

经二维超声心动图诊断心脏占位性病变21例,其中左房粘液瘤8例;右房粘液瘤2例,左房血栓10例;左室血栓1例。21例中有15例经手术证实,余6例图象典型。并就心脏粘液瘤和血栓的二维超声心动图特征以及区别进行了初步分析。

Twenty one cases of space occupying lesions in the heart were di- agnosed by two-dimensional echocardiography.Among them,eight cases were left atrial myxoma,tmo were right atrial myxoma,ten were left atrial thrombi and one was left ventricular thrombi.15 of the 21 cases have been confirmed by surgical exploration.The other six cases had typical echocardiograph and were supported clinically.An analysis is made according to the characteristics of the lesion from two-dimensional echocardiography and results obtained by surgical exploration.
